JD Sports (JD), a leading multichannel retailer of sports fashion and outdoor brands announced the launch of their first game app aptly titled “King of Trainers: The Game”, available for iOS and Android. With a step towards the digital sphere, the app enables JD customers to redeem physical rewards and exclusive gift vouchers when they play the game
King of Trainers: The Game guarantees hours of entertainment. It is not only fun to play with family and friends, there is also a chance for all consumers and JD Sports enthusiasts to win amazing prizes. Players simply have to swipe across tiles in the form of JD boxes and match three or more tiles of the same colour to score points or JD Coins. Players stand to increase their rankings as they collect more coins. Their ranks determine the rewards they can unlock in stores.
The highly anticipated, King of Trainers: The Game launched on July 11th at JD Sports Sunway Pyramid. Customers were immersed in the new game via extensive live screens and were kept engaged with interactive photo walls that allowed them to take photos and videos. The first 1000 visiting customers who downloaded and signed up for King of Trainers: The Game instantly received vouchers worth RM30 after their first attempt at the game.
